Brooklyn Public Library & Sisters with Purpose staff invite you to join them in the parking lot to support their Food Distribution Center on Saturday, June 13th.

Located at Brooklyn Sports Club, the Sisters with Purpose food pantry operates weekly offering fresh produce, bread, dry goods, canned goods, baby formula, diapers, household needs and incontinence products for seniors. We distribute to over 500 families every other week.

The Bookmobile team will provide Library card and reference services, and a currated collectioni of books in English, Spanish, Russian, and Mandarin.  There will also be a crafts program for children of all ages.

This outing is part of the 75th Anniversary Celebration of Bookmoble Service in Brooklyn, providing dynamic and vital services to Brooklyn residents, in a relaxed outdoor setting.  The bookmobile also provides free WIFI compliments of BPL’s Brooklyn Reach program.
