Brooklyn Public Library & Residency Unlimited – in partnership with Red Hook artist Cynthia Colon and the Friends of Red Hook Library – invite you to the Red Hook Pop-Up Libray - , snacks and ARTmobile in Red Hook!
Cynthia’s program is called “Red Hook on the Map,” and it is a globe covered in scanned photographs constructed by the Red Hook community: residents, businesses, community organizations, etc.
These photos will be placed on the Globe to represent the Red Hook Community from the Waterfront to Hamilton Avenue. Bring your photos for us to scan or come as you are and we’ll take photos of you and your loved ones!
The Bake Sale starts at 12:00 pm and ARTmobile starts at 1:00 pm.
ARTMobile will be joined by the BPL Bookmobile, offering library card and book browsing services! Come join the celebration!
