Blum, Brooklyn philanthropist; Frank D. Schroth, publisher of the Eagle; Park Commissioner Robert Moses; James A. Kelly, Brooklyn historian, speaking; Sarah Churchill, actress and daughter of the Prime Minister; British Consul General Henry A. Hobson, Mrs. Hobson and the Rev. Dr. A Edwards Saunders, Episcopal Archdeacon of Brooklyn. Ceremonies were held outside 426 Henry St., building where Lady Churchill was born." 0299 and 0300 are very similar except that in 0299 dignitaries are back to camera, there is a large American flag on pole in right foreground, and crowd is visible in background.
