Berbusse, Jr., of Tidewater Building Company, Inc., contractors, look on as Paul W.Connelly, president of the Fulton Savings Bank ..., 375 Fulton St., sign contracts for the construction of the bank's new main office at 395 Jay St. to be ready in 1954.The construction of new banking quarters is part of the project of making way for extension of the new Brooklyn Civic Center, part of which will be on the present site of the bank. It is estimated that the new bank will cost upwards of $1,000,000."
