  • SummaryMatchbook. Front: Munster Bar, 375 9th St., Brooklyn, N.Y., back: Oldest in the Slope. Donor note: My great uncle Bud O'Connor's bar, the Munster. The bar was previously named O'Rourke's. When my uncle bought the bar he named it for the bar he had in Ireland where he was from. It was the oldest bar in Park Slope. It closed in the early 1980s.
