  • TitleRaising a judicial clamor
  • SummaryTwo men in suits (one holding cymbals) standing with four musicans (trumpet, clarinet, bass drum) at unidentified dock or pier. Caption: "Raising a Judicial Clamor: The strains of 'Sam's Song' proved too much for County Judge Samuel S. Leibowitz to take as a spectator. Grabbing the cymbals from the hands of Brother Armand Soriano of the Dodger Sym-Phony -- who gave the jurist and his wife a serenaded sendoff on their 38-day South American cruise -- Leibowitz gleefully joins the noisemakers. The resulting detonations apparently are to the liking of Henry J. Modell, left, temporary chairman of the Sym-Phony defense committee."
