Caption: "Mrs. William C. Grassau, owner, and Otto Steinberg, lessee, of this stable in the rear of 882 Ocean Parkway, were ordered to cease operation by the Bureau of Buildings Monday, on penalty of action on violation placed against the stable last Summer, when it was operated as a riding academy. Local residents objected to odors."
