Poem: Dark Clouds/ Storming lightning/ Drowning/Tainted by heart black/ Ripping my heart apart/ Feeling like I am chained to my PTSD and weighted down by it/ Trying to find the key to free myself from PTSD with the help of the foundation/ I have for support.
