Participating were John A. Elbe, bank vice president; Joseph J. Jones, past commander of Maurice G.Jones, American Legion, and Edwin P. [surname illegible], of the Flatbush office." The image shows fourteen unidentified men and women, all wearing military service uniforms. It is assumed that they are veterans.
