Caption on verso: "The season for bathing beauties has ended, but it went out in a blaze of glorious girls so far as Brooklyn is concerned. There is a contest for Miss New York, sponsored by Loew's Theaters, and at the semi-finals prizes went to a quartet of lovelies. Manny Snitkin of the Winston Appliance Center awarded the prizes to Moana Holt of 45 Martense St., Norma Bowden of 544 Linden Boulevard, Blossom Kagan of 24 E. 19th St., and Sally McDonell of 743 E. 31st St."
