National Teen BPL eCard

Teens and young adults ages 13-21 outside of New York State can apply for a free Books Unbanned eCard. This library card helps connect young people facing censorship, book bans, and other barriers to access in their communities with a wide range of books and resources.

A library card barcode and PIN will be issued to you immediately upon application. You will have access to BPL’s entire eBook and audiobook collection as well as our learning databases. Your card will be good for one year, with option for renewal, as long as you remain eligible.
