Library HotSpot Loan Program

All Brooklyn Public Library (BPL) hotspots are currently checked out or have expired service plans.

If your device no longer works it could be because its service plan has expired. To avoid late fees, please return expired devices to one of our participating locations.

If you have borrowed a hotspot and your service plan has expired, please complete our Library HotSpot post- loan survey:

** After 60 days in which the item is billed or not returned, your account will go into Collections. Additional fees may apply.
