Library Information

The Ulmer Park Library reopened for public service on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 10 am.  The branch opened with a new roof, new furniture, a new air conditioning unit, new LED lighting and a new floor.

Ulmer Park Library opened as a sub-Library in 1951, and within five years grew into a full library. The library moved to its current location in 1963. The library houses a large Russian and Chinese book collection. In 1988, it became the first BPL library to implement computer-networked circulation.
