Frequently Asked Questions

Your default PIN is your birthday, with two digits for the month and two digits for the day. (For example, if your birthday is May 25, your default password is 0525.) If that does not work, you can reset your PIN here.

Patrons holding a Welcome Card/eCard will be able to renew their own accounts as they expire. Visit our Welcome Card FAQ for more information.

Patrons may renew their full-access library cards by visiting any open BPL location, or contact us for a one-time courtesy renewal. Learn more about available library card types.
