The Brighton Beach Library will reopen for public service on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 10 am. Brighton Beach Library closed for branch improvements in January 2016. The branch is opening with new heating and cooling systems, new ductwork, new shelving, new wired computer tables, new LED lights, and other improvements.
Bookmobile service is being provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am-4pm. The last day of bookmobile service at this location will be Thursday, November 3, 2016.
A pop-up computer lab is being provided at the Shorefront Jewish Community Council (128 Brighton Beach Avenue, 4th Floor) Monday to Wednesday from 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm. The last day of service at the pop-up computer lab will be Wednesday, November 2, 2016.
Effective November 7, 2016, the hours of service for the Brighton Beach Library will resume.
