BPL Presents humanities and art science and math social sciences University Open Air

This workshop is about creating a space for creative learning, an exercise in seeing, viewing and responding. We will make mistakes and “fail” while breaking the rules of how to use a camera and allow for photographing without a set goal or following what a photo “needs to be”. Participants should bring their camera or mobile phone as it will be required for participation.

Sol Avi Erez is an artist and educator, working in photography, video, and mixed media since 2008. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Art Education from HaMidrasha School of Art in Beit-Berl, Israel and a Master’s in Fine Arts from the Cranbrook Academy of Art in Michigan, US. He is an adjunct professor at the County College of Morris in New-Jersey, and the co-founder of Wick Gallery in Brooklyn, New-York.
