University Open Air: Health and Hygiene for Food Preparation
The pandemic period we live in has reminded us how important cleaning and hygiene rules are for our health. The rules we have to follow in the food preparation industry in which I work are clear and precise: cleaning, cleaning, cleaning! Keeping the social distance and using masks is a new method of protection for some of us; but using gloves, washing hands and disinfecting is an indispensable rule for the food industry. As a result of warnings during the pandemic period, everyone started to use gloves and disinfectants everywhere.
