BPL Presents humanities and art University Open Air

**Please note this event has reached full capacity and registration is now closed.

Tibetan singing bowl therapy is an ancient art of regeneration. Sound is one of the most powerful media, as it can take the human spirit to different states of consciousness. Alpha waves are present in the states of meditation and calm consciousness. When the waves produced by singing bowls were recorded, scientists discovered wave patterns that are the same as the alpha waves produced by our brain. These waves give a feeling of deep relaxation.

Besides its traditional use for meditation, Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation, to relieve physical pains, release tensions, and open the channels and chakras for better circulation of energy and blood. It harmonizes the subtle energies in the body and allows deep relaxation. The mind becomes calm, clear, and blissful after the therapy!

**Please bring yoga mats to lie on in this class.**
