This practice heals and maintains the health of the five senses, five solid and five hollow organs. *Participants should bring yoga mats, if they wish to.

Ends with 10-15 minutes of guided meditation.

Dr. Chok Tenzin Monlam is a Tibetan yoga and mindfulness instructor. He has over a decade of experience spreading Tibetan teachings including yoga and meditation methods around the world. He has spent ten-plus years dedicated to the study of Buddhist physical and mental healings. He has written and translated more than 30 books and numerous articles into English and Tibetan. Since the pandemic, he has taught virtual courses all over the globe. 

*In cases of rain, classes may be canceled. Registered patrons will be notified by email on the morning of each course day and are also encouraged to check the UOA webpage and BPL Presents’ Facebook and Twitter pages for updates.
