Brooklyn Public Library, in collaboration with Prospect Park Alliance, will launch the third semester of University Open Air, a free series of classes taught by professors, researchers, and academics who were trained outside of the U.S. The two-week semester begins on September 16th. Classes will take place at the Boathouse and the surrounding area in Prospect Park located at 101 East Dr, Brooklyn, NY 11225.
Please note, while UOA courses aim to equip students with valuable skills, they are non-accredited.

We are closely monitoring the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic in conjunction with the NYC Health Department. In compliance with phase 4 reopening mandated by the city, we will be utilizing social distancing measures as well as requiring masks for participants. Classes will be capped at 12 participants per course to ensure the safety of our professors and participants.
