Technology For All: Individual Sessions
Older Adults, 55 and up: are you having trouble with your computer and smartphone? Do you want to learn how to use and navigate applications and websites? Want to become tech savvy? The Brooklyn Public Library is offering its Digital expertise from our new Digital Literacy Associate Ms. Rania Bakr. “Technology for All” is our mission through one-on-one assistance in:
• Screen Readers
• iPhone & Android
• Computer Support
• Virtual Programs, Zoom, and E-Books
• Social Media
• Microsoft & Mac IOS Software
We will usually be using Zoom to host this service, but a simple Facetime call to start is fine. You will need either a computer with a microphone and a webcam or a smartphone for this session. We will be sending the login information or phone number to participants via email.
Support in English , Arabic, and Spanish.
Registration is required.
