Join Flatbush Library and Shape Up NYC for Total Body Power Party, a weekly fitness class with local instructor Sasha. This class provides a total body workout for individuals of all fitness levels to improve cardio health, gain strength and increase flexibility.
Participants should bring mats for floor exercises and a water bottle. Please wear sneakers.
