Get in shape for free at your neighborhood library! This total body workout increases muscle strength and endurance while keeping the heart rate up to burn calories and strengthen the cardiorespiratory system. Continuous simple moves to great music make it fun! Appropriate for all levels of fitness. Developed in partnership with the NYC Parks Shape Up NYC program, the class is led by Kelly Post.

No registration necessary. The class will be held in Studio A, 2nd Floor. Please bring water and a towel or mat.
