Seniors and People with Disabilities, Keep Your Rent From Increasing, If You:
- Are you 62 years or older (18 years old if disabled);
- Have a household income of $50,000 or less;
- Live in a rent regulated apartment; and
- Spend more than 1/3 of income on rent.
