Join us at the library for this special 6-week series for babies and toddlers exploring STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math!
Science Baby is a creative science program for 0-3 year olds led by teaching artist Emma Gordon. The heart of Science Baby is exploring the wonder of science through story, repetition and play. We explore gravity, motion, magnets, chemical reactions, light, water, bubbles, sound and more!
Space is limited to the first 25 babies and toddlers and their families.
Science Baby is a program created by teaching artist Emma Gordon, and is part of BPL’s First Five Years initiative which is supported by generous funding from the NY City Council as part of City’s First Readers. Additional support is provided by The Pinkerton Foundation, The Edith Glick Shoolman Children’s Foundation, Novack Family Foundation, Lucille Strider and Robert Myrstad in memory of Adam Strider, the Brooklyn Eagles—a group of young Brooklyn Public Library supporters, and funds raised at BPL’s annual Gala.
