Read for the Record Park Slope Storytime
Come and join us for a bilingual storytime feturing songs, fingerplays, stories, and more!
This program is designed for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers. Join us for 15 minutes afterwards for tummy time and socialization!
Read for the Record® (RFTR) is a national, annual early literacy campaign created by Jumpstart, one of our City’s First Readers partners. Each year, Jumpstart selects one children’s book as the catalyst for Read for the Record. This year's book is Piper Chen Sings by Grammy winner and Tony-nominated actress Phillipa Soo, Maris Pasquale Doran and illustrated by Qin Leng.
Masks are encouraged for this program for the health and safety of our patrons and staff.
Online registration is required and will be open 24 hours before the event.
You must be registered to enter. We do not allow walk-ins.
Late entry will not be permitted beyond a ten-minute grace period.
This program is made possible through the generous funding of City’s First Readers, a New York City Council initiative.
