This online event featuring podcast marketing consultant Jeremy Helton is meant to help independent podcasters promote their shows and grow their audience.
We'll look at promotional tactics like cross promos with other podcasters and paid advertising on podcast discovery apps, and explore topics like whether or not press and social media actually drive downloads.
Three podcasters will be selected from our pool of applicants and Jeremy will do a live, 20-minute consultation in front of an online audience. All will be welcome to tune into the event to watch the consultations and gather insights on promoting their own podcasts. To apply, please fill out the form at https://www.bklynlibrary.org/podcast-promo-101 by November 25. The selected applicants will be notified by the end of November.
This workshop will take place online via Zoom. Please RSVP to receive the Zoom link to attend prior to the event.
