About the Artist

Aleathea Sapp - Jimenez

Born Brooklyn Native African-Caribbean American.  Self taught Creator who loves to create life’s mysteries in her work. By the uses of bold colors and mix patterns. Blending different materials that create the “Conversation “ that may reflect a moment in your own life. “Sculpture, Crafts, Jewelry design, Inspirational Staffs, creating wearable Art and Inspirational mirrors this all feeds my spirit”.  The Cultural Enrichment Director for 30 years at the Boys & Girls Club developing Inner –city youth voices with community art exhibits, Talents shows, Fashion Shows and Spoken word events. And the Liberty Partnerships Program at Kingsborough Community College.

“Art” is an outlet to breath. Because it’s apart of life daily conversation”
