Attendees will undergo a series of four Mindfulness Techniques that they will do before they start on a series of four forms of Artistic Expression. Youth will walk away from this experience with strategies for achieving well being in their daily lives and new approaches to finding creative inspiration within their artistic lives.

This program is presented by Community-Word Project and recommended for teens and tweens. Participants must register and a Zoom link to join the program will be emailed in advance.
