Mental Health has been a pressing issue for many years. Especially now, as we experience a pandemic, we want to spread our experience and understanding about mental health to other teens and young adults. Join us as we discuss mental health from a teen’s perspective and share tips and tricks that can potentially help others in similar situations. This program is a safe and open space for everyone to talk about themselves. Please come prepared to think about what mental health means to you.
