The New Lots Library will be participating in "MakeMusicNewYork" a city-wide event that takes place every year on June 21st, the longest day of the year. On this day there will be over 1,000 live concerts on streets, parks, and libraries across the city.
Dirty Blonde will perform at 2:30.
"Dirty Blonde is an up and coming artist who writes, produces, records, and engineers all of his own music. His music is a blend between alternative rock, emo, and hip-hop. He has generated a lot of buzz from standout tracks released on SoundCloud titled “Crying in the Club", "Numb" and "Nineteen". His first full commercial project entitled "Drugs Don't Work" is set to release on his birthday May 25th, 2018. His aim is to create classic, timeless music. He has a deep message for people who have shared similar struggles with addictions drugs, love, lust, and other vices in life. Through his music, he hopes to encourage people fight their demons, overcome their problems and addictions, and be themselves."
