Lab Talks features presentations by experts and hobbyists sharing their passion projects and research topics. Each evening will feature a few short talks followed by a Q&A session. Tonight's talks:

The Art and Style of an Iconic Perfume: Guerlain Shalimar by Jessica Murphy. Jessica Murphy is an art historian and museum professional who also teaches classes on fragrance culture at the Brooklyn Brainery and other venues. Black Queer Memory and Work: A Brief Talk on Archives and Books by Steven Fullwood. Steven G. Fullwood is an archivist, documentarian and co-founder of the Nomadic Archivists Project, an initiative that partners with organizations, institutions, and individuals to establish, preserve, and enhance collections that explore the African Diasporic experience.
