Intro to Coding with Scratch Jr. is a fun and educational program for children, designed to introduce them to the concepts behind computer programming in a way that is both interactive and easy to understand.

Children will be introduced to the concept of coding through the use of Scratch Jr. on iPads, with potential future applications in simple game creation and storytelling. Children will:

  • Understand the importance of sequence and order in programming
  • Practice critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Become more familiar with technology and its applications
