Join us on Saturdays for an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation while practicing Yoga.
Yoga has origins dating back over 5,000 years in India and yields proven benefits with consistent practice.
 
 A few advantages of practicing yoga: 
- Aids in weight reduction
- Increases strength and aids in better movement with stretching exercises
- Increases vitality and energy
- Promotes circulatory health and wellness
- Improves flexibility 
 
Adults 18+. All skill levels are welcome! 
Everyone is encouraged to bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat to class.
