Free Zumba Class wit Ms. Juana

Come join the fun and burn those calories by taking a free Zumba fitness class with Ms. Juana.  We are doing our first in-person program.  All that we ask is for you to register for the class, fill out a medical waiver, a health assessment, and a photo release. In addition, please wear fitness clothing, and wear a mask (optional) during the class.  There is a limited space and we are complying with CDC mandates so register quickly.   Please come in 10 minutes early to fill out the paperwork so we can start on time.

What exactly is Zumba?  Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.  Zumba routines incorporate interval training- alternating fast and slow rhythms-to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

We are taking photos during the class, so by you joining us, you are giving permission to Brooklyn Public Library to use the photos for both internal and external usual like social media platforms. 

All registrants will be automatically added to an email so we can send reminders of upcoming classes.
