The Ditmas Examiner Teen Writing Workshop
The Ditmas Examiner is a program for high school students who want to cover their community, learn about journalism – and make a difference. We’ll produce a news web site and a print newspaper covering Ditmas Park and parts of Flatbush, Prospect Park South and Midwood.
We need:
- Reporters
- Graphic Designers
- Photographers
- Ad salespeople and business staff
No experience required! All we require is energy, commitment and a lively interest.
We will meet Tuesdays from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Cortelyou Library, 1305 Cortelyou Rd., (between Argyle and Rugby), a block from the Cortelyou Road Q train stop. The first meeting is Oct. 9.
For more information or to register: [email protected]. (You also can register in person at the library reference desk.)
