Do you spend too much time worrying about what’s for dinner? We can help!

Join us for a free virtual nutrition lesson that incorporates healthy cooking tips on a budget.  This virtual program is led by City Harvest in collaboration with New Lots Library.

Each week a new recipe will be highlighted.   If you would like to cook alongside a City Harvest nutrition educator, please have the ingredigents listed below available.

Week 2: Quinoa Salad

  • Quinoa
  • Vegetable broth
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Peppers
  • Feta
  • Parsley

Registration is required and a Zoom link will be sent the day before the program.
