We'll see how to acquire data online from APIs (whatever that means), and then work with this data to organize it and answer questions with it using computer programming. This is a workshop, so bring a laptop if you have one; otherwise, we will provide one.
This workshop is part 3 of the series "Computer Programming for Beginners, the Unsure and the Afraid: Web Programming in Python and HTML." You can come to all four workshops, or pick and choose individual ones.
Part 1 - Saturday, January 5: Intro to HTML
Part 2 - Saturday, January 12: Going Further with HTML and CSS
Part 4 - Saturday, January 26: Building a Dynamic Website in Python
