Staff from Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings will be on site to:

  • Answer questions about summonses
  • Answer questions about the hearing process
  • Check on the status of summonses
  • Help people understand the rules about how a summons can be responded to
  • Help people submit online defenses to summonses
  • Help people reschedule upcoming hearings or request new hearings after missed hearing dates

  • Help people understand the process and what is necessary after the hearing

    The event is co-sponsored by Cortelyou Branch, the office of City Council Member Rita Joseph, and the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings.
