Chinese Paper Cutting Art Workshop
As reported in the New York Times and seen at The American Museum of Natural History, Master Ming Liang Lu creates art using only a pair of scissors and a single piece of thin paper. His technique is a performance that must be seen to be believed. The paper moves. The scissors do not.
Kings Bay Library is hosting Master Lu to start a ten-weeks' Chinese Paper Cutting Art Workshops, which is starting from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm every Friday from June 14th – August 16th, 2024.
All are welcome to this popular program by Master Lu
The program is sponsored by the Greater New York Arts Development Fund of the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, administered by Brooklyn Arts Council (BAC) and Mapleton Library
