Join us for this Chair Exercise workshop series led by Brooklyn born dancer, Dwana Smallwood.  Chair Exercise is a non-intimidating way to start exercising to benefit your health....and you don't have to worry about getting up and down from the floor.  Registration is required.

Support for this program is made possible by Brooklyn Public Library's partnership with Zipcar.  The Zipcar program raises funds for BPL branches and allows patrons to reserve shared vehicles at their local libraries.
