Join us for an enteraining read--Olivia by Ian Falconer. Afterwards, we will create a watercolor resist. Ms. Ann from the Mill Basin Libary will also attempt to demonstrate how to make water color paint at home. This event will go live from the Mill Basin Library Facebook Page.

Materials for Project: crayons,  watercolor paint, pencil, ruler, masking tape, watercolor paper is preferred but you can also use regular paper or even a coffee filter. 

Optional Materials to Make Homemade Watercolors: baking soda, cornstarch, white vinegar, light corn syrup, food coloring, plastic or  styrofoam egg carton or icecube tray. Mixing bowl and spoon.
