Black Lives/Black Lungs, a short documentary produced by the Truth Initiative, delves into the origins of menthol cigarettes and how the tobacco industry has a long history of targeting Black communities with these products. After the film screening, please join Brooklyn Public Library and Public Health Solutions NYC Smoke-Free to discuss and reflect on the film and to hear directly from community members about their experiences.

Registration is required as space is limited and light refreshments will be provided.
