Brooklyn Connections logoBrooklyn Connections is a school outreach initiative based out of Brooklyn Public Library's Brooklyn Collection.  Our signature partnership program offers classes rare access to original archival materials while completing a customized, standards-based project.  In addition, Brooklyn Connections supports NYC educators and students through professional development workshops, school visits and online resources.

 
 
The best of online learning activities curated by educators and organized by subject, grade and Common Core standard.
 
  • Educators can create playlists of activities tailored to their lessons and invite students to a "class" with a class code and track their students' progress.
  • Students can create an avatar and "level up" the more they play.
  • Parents can also log in and connect with their children to set goals and rewards for them.
  • All free for educators, free for parents, and free for students. Simply create a free login to get started.
