Learning to use a computer is not just for young people. Join as we explore the world of technology, using laptops.

Topics include computer basics, internet, email, online banking, online health information, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Facebook and creative uses of Microsoft Office.

Age Group: Older Adults

Due to increased demand, this class is divided into two one-hour classes, one from 10:00-11:00 am, and the other from 11:00 am-12:00 noon.

Please note that the doors will be locked at 10:00 am, and everyone that comes after that will be allowed in for the 11:00 am class.

Services for Older Adults is partially funded by Coordinated Outreach Library Services aid from the New York State Education Department, administered by the State Library’s Division of Library Development.

All programs are sponsored by Brooklyn Public Library’s Department of Outreach Services, which has been established with the generous support of The Charles H. Revson Foundation.
