Victors: Conquerors of the Bulls and Bears

In March of 2014, Brooklyn Public Library kicked off its second edition of the Teen Virtual Investment Club (TVIC). Brooklyn teens from throughout the borough attended a two-day boot camp to learn the basics of investing in the stock market from financial professional (Mina Black).

Each TVIC participants (called Victors) was then charged with developing a team of between three and five teens from their neighborhood to participate in TVIC Investing Challenge, where they created and managed an online virtual stock portfolio.
