A few spots are still open for Session 1 ages 10-12 without financial aid AND Sessions 2&3 for ages 8-9/grades 4-5 without financial aid. Please register for an account, and call us to inquire about these spots.
If your preferred session is full and you would like to be added to the Wait List, follow the instructions below and you will be given option to sign up for the Wait List.
How do I sign up?
Just click the green "Register Online Here" button on the right, create an account and add your child (or log in if you already have an account).
Click your child's name, and click "Register for Camp / Apply for Financial Aid."
UltraCamp will guide you through selecting your two-week session dates, completing a series of online documents, and the payment of a deposit. (Financial Aid applicants, please read instructions below. Those on the Wait List will not be asked for a deposit until a spot becomes available.)
Note: You may choose only ONE two-week session. BCAP Summer Camp is a 2-week camp program.

How much does it cost?
Session 1: $645*
Session 2: $695
Session 3: $695
* Families who enroll for session 1 will be charged less because this session is one day shorter due to the July 4th holiday.
Fees include your $50 non-refundable deposit.
Stay & Play After-Camp Program
$195 for two weeks, 3:30-6pm
*Limited spaces available, for those in need of after-care only. A BCAP representative will follow up with you to confirm availability if you indicate in your application that you are in need of this service. Stay&Play is currently full, with a Wait List.
Financial aid is available for qualifying families on a sliding scale, and BCAP is happy to reserve 50% of our spots in camp for financial aid recipients. Applying for financial aid for BCAP is quick and easy. Please read our simple instructions here.
Please follow up with the next steps immediately after starting your financial aid application online. Your spot will be held for 48 hours while you do so. Spots are filled on a first come, first served basis, upon submitting:
1) Complete online registration forms 2) Proof of income* 3) Deposit
*Tip: File your 2014 taxes early so your proof of income is ready! We will use your form 1040 to calculate the maximum award for you.
2014 alumni families, BCAPteen alumni siblings, and partner institution employees applying without financial aid can receive an early bird discount for Summer Camp 2015. To be eligible, you must complete your reservation and online documents, and pay your deposit by March 3rd!

Making Your Payment
A minimum $50 deposit per child is required to reserve your spot in camp. You can pay your deposit immediately when registering for camp. Financial aid applicants must wait for an award confirmation to pay the deposit. (See instruction download above.) Your deposit is non-refundable.
Final payments are due no later than June 1st. You may pay up front in one sum, or set up a payment plan. Paying with a credit card through our online registration system is easy and convenient, and you can set up your own plan. BCAP also accepts checks or money orders made out to "Brooklyn Public Library", which can be dropped off or mailed to our office. We cannot accept cash.
Cancellations and Refunds
Partial refunds will be granted for cancellations up through May 1st. Any payment beyond your $50 deposit can be refunded up until May1st. Your $50 deposit is non-refundable. After May 1st no refunds can be offered.
